<guilherme@puida.xyz>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.  I have
worked with Guilherme Puida Moreira on many Golang packages (he's
currently on a spree to package the build dependencies of croc, which
is his ultimate goal) and also Python packages for 7 months and I
consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

Ever since I started mentoring him, I have been impressed with his
technical knowledge, curiosity and overall independence when it comes
to finding answers for packaging problems.  He also strives to find
the correct answer, not necessarily the easy one.  He has also proven
himself to be a prolific packager, having done more than 17 sponsored
uploads in 6 months (he did not have any Debian packaging experience
before).

One might say that the Golang packages are usually of the "fire and
forget" type because of how much dh-make-golang does for you, but even
with the simple packages I found Guilherme to look for possibilities
of improvement, and it is not uncommon to see him find nice ways to
make the package better for our users.

I have personally worked with Guilherme Puida Moreira

for 7 months, and I know Guilherme Puida Moreira can be trusted to
