I am sending this mail because I'm thrilled to see Kiran S Kunjumon
intends to become a Debian Developer, non-uploading. I met Kiran in
DebConf22 in Kosovo, but really came to know him while organizing
DebConf23 in India. I did not attend DebConf23, but did travel to
India for the Tamil Nadu miniDebConf, about six months earlier.

Kiran is a committed, happy and always energetic person, always willing
to help, and always willing to do the extra work. In my trip to India,
I was with two other DebConf orga team members, and Kiran was
fundamental helping us move around, understand the particular cultural
bits we needed to secure the venues where we worked, and do the
necessary visits.

I am sure Kiran will continue working in areas benefiting Debian.
