I have been a Debian Contributor for several years already, mostly maintaining the package for the software I spent the last decade developing (https://wiki.debian.org/Games/PlayIt).

I am applying to become a Debian Maintainer after a suggestion to do so by my current sponsor, the main goal being to become more independent on the maintenance of the packages I work on.
