Application Manager report
For
Dennis van Dok <dennisvd@nikhef.nl> to become DD, upl., an Application Manager has

After looking at Dennis van Dok <dennisvd@nikhef.nl>'s contributions and after exchanging some emails to
get to know him a bit better, I agree with the advocate(s) that Dennis van Dok <dennisvd@nikhef.nl> can
and should indeed be a Debian Developer, uploading right now. Indeed, it feels like to me that he has
the knowledge and skills. Plus he also seems interested in constantly learning, whichi is always good.
Let's not make him wait any longer.
