I support Ilias Tsitsimpis <i.tsitsimpis@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian
Developer, uploading. I have worked closely with Ilias on his Debian packages,
sponsoring most of his uploads for a year before he became a Debian Maintainer.
Since Ilias became a DM he has worked independently and has maintained a high
standard in his work.

Apart from Debian, I have also known Ilias Tsitsimpis <i.tsitsimpis@gmail.com>
(key AD70200113F0D159848504AB0098F6131EB86413) personally and through common
acquaintances for quite some time and I know that he can be trusted to be a
full member of Debian and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right
now. Furthermore, I believe that our project will benefit from having Ilias as
a Member.
