I have worked with Bernhard Miklautz on a number of projects over many years
in the past, and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.
I have also checked his contributions to Debian so far and think he will be a
good fit for Debian.

I have personally worked with Bernhard Miklautz <bernhard.miklautz@shacknet.at>

Bernhard Miklautz can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages,
