I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked on the Shibboleth SP2 and the High Availability package
stacks for a while as a Debian Maintainer, and I would like to be able
to upload new packages (new library ABI versions, split packages and
new software) independently.
