I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked in the Rust team for a few years, currently maintaining the just,
tealdeer, sd programs and various Rust libraries. I'd like to be able to help
maintain other team packages, as well as to package more useful programs, and
explore in contributing in other areas.
