I support Emmanuel FARHI <emmanuel.farhi.1@gmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Emmanuel FARHI on mccode, 
for 1 year and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

He is part of the mccode upstream, and did a great job to
convince the upstream to integrate and adapt the project to our
quality standard. The package is already in good shape, and will
improve thanks to his contributions.

He has good social skills and is very nice to work with.

I have personally worked with Emmanuel FARHI <emmanuel.farhi.1@gmail.com>
