I support Manuel Elias Guerra Figueroa <ar.manuelguerra@gmail.com>'s request to
become a Debian Maintainer. I have worked with Manuel Elias Guerra Figueroa on
the package named baby and I consider them as having sufficient technical
competence.

I found Manuel to be very responsive to questions and issues, to rapidly grasp
and resolve technical issues.

I have personally worked with Manuel Elias Guerra Figueroa
