Declaration of intent

The most important requirement for changing status in Debian is to make sure that a person actually intends to do so.

This requirement has been approved by Housekeeping Robot <nm@debian.org> 8 months, 2 weeks ago.

For nm.debian.org, at 2024-09-21:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.

I began contributing to Debian three years ago.

My primary focus has been on making Debian more lightweight, secure, and easier to contribute to, while also ensuring it meets the needs of today's virtual machine and container environments. At the same time, I haven't forgotten about the individual users who install Debian on their personal devices. To achieve this, I've submitted numerous bug reports and patches (BTS) to many packages, especially core ones.

After years of providing fixes and enhancements, engaging in discussions on mailing lists and IRC channels, and reviewing the packaging efforts of newcomers in #debian-mentors, I now feel ready to take a more active role in Debian.
