This is my application as a Debian Developer, non-uploading.

Over the past year, my contributions to Debian have primarily been
non-packaging related. I have been actively involved as the chief organiser
of DebConf24.

During the organisation of DebConf24 in my hometown, Busan, I encountered
various restrictions in my activities due to not being an official Debian
member. These challenges arose from both on the Debian side and the local
side. This experience made me realise that becoming a Debian Developer is
essential to overcome these barriers and facilitate my future contributions
to Debian.

Near future, I plan to grow the local Debian community in my country.

Now, I would like to continue my Debian-related works more formally, as a
Debian Developer, non-uploading.

While I am applying as a Debian Developer, non-uploading, I intend to remain
involved in packaging, which I have been relatively inactive in but plan to
resume.
