Details from harry:

  For nm.debian.org, at 2024-10-20:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
  uploading.
I have been using Debian since my middle school days back at 2012. And I
  started to
contribute to Debian since last year.
One of my main work is on maintaining zfs-linux. I have been actively
  following upstream
release and triaging bug reports with other members of zfs team. I have
  done some non-trivial
adjustments, including opting-in usr-merge, refactoring autopkgtests
  (with the help of debci
team). Many contributions made by me in debian are also accepted by
  upstream.
I also made contributions in other teams. In deep learning team, I
  packaged many dependencies
of pytorch 2.4 in order for it to be updated. This iincludes cpuinfo,
  ideep, pthreadpool,
xnnpack, and onnxruntime. And I am stilling working on getting pytorch
  2.5 to meet the trixie
release. I also updated several other ai-related packages, including
  onxdnn, faiss, tiktoken
  and xgboost.
Besides, I have uploaded some new packages in Debian. This includes diff-
  pdf-wx, a tool for
visually comparing PDF files; drat-trim and kissat (in science team), two
  tools for SAT solving.
I also do QA uploads for orphaned packages like nsync, ploticus, and
  safeclib to keep them in
good shape for other packages to use.
By applying to become a Debian Developer, I would like to involve and
  help more in the community.
