I have worked with Raoul Snyman on openlp for several years now, and for a
while I've had very little feedback on new uploads. I would love to get out of
the loop, and let him look after the package himself.

I have personally known Raoul Snyman <raoul@snyman.info> (key
BAE598915240BBDA7EFDAC0EF55BCED79626AE9C) for many years, and worked
with him in Debian for over 4 years. I know Raoul Snyman can be trusted to have
upload rights for his own packages, right now.

I have known Raoul Snyman for two years and we worked together on the DebConf16 Team.
While I haven't sponsored any of his uploads yet, his packages appear to be in good shape.
