I support Julien Plissonneau Duquène <sre4ever@free.fr>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.

Julien has joined the Debian Java mailing list three months ago and has
demonstrated a strong and consistent commitment to improving several core
packages of the Java ecosystem in Debian. He's experienced, rigorous and
possesses excellent communication skills. I think Julien can be trusted to have
upload rights for his own packages.

I support Julien Plissonneau Duquène <sre4ever@free.fr>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.

I have worked with Julien Plissonneau Duquène on gradle and kotlin for the past three months. It is clear that they have the required technical competence.

I was particularly impressed that Julien Plissonneau Duquène chose the very difficult packages of gradle and kotlin to work on, knowing full well that it was a daunting task. He expressed a desire to make an key contribution to Debian. This work is often thankless and frustrating, so I'm happy to support him in this task, where I can. I have personally worked with Julien Plissonneau Duquène <sre4ever@free.fr>
for the past few months, and I know Julien Plissonneau Duquène
can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
