I have worked with Julien Plissonneau Duquène on gradle and kotlin for the past three months.  It is clear that they have the required technical competence.

I was particularly impressed that Julien Plissonneau Duquène chose the very difficult packages of gradle and kotlin to work on, knowing full well that it was a daunting task.
