I support Maytham Alsudany <maytha8thedev@gmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Developer (with full upload rights).

I worked with them on swayosd, swtchr and numbat in the Debian Rust Team over the last six months. They quickly adapated to the teams' workflow 
and were quick to fix minor issues at hand. Their packaging work has always been very good, with very little to improve, if at all.
It's always been pleasant to interact with them.
