Hello,
I have personally worked with Maarten Van Geijn <debian@mvangeijn.nl>
(key BB12E487E0A08547DA37118FCB52D5E594C85248) from 2021 till now on a weekly basis.
We worked together on multiple programming issues in C++.
We also worked together on creating and maintaining multiple Debian packages.
These packages are held in a private Debian repository maintained by Maarten van Geijn.
Maarten has also done maintenance work on package "libpqxx" in Debian.
I have reviewed his packaging work on this, and found it to be of high standard.
Maarten responded well to comments I made about his packaging.
He learned it the Debian way fast.
I know Maarten Van Geijn can be trusted to have upload rights for the libpqxx package, right now.
Signed,
