I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.

I've contributed to Debian since 2003 when someone sponsored my first package.
I've also randomly adopted packages and refactored them to Standards.

In 2022 I adopted src:dhcpcd and it recently became the default DHCP client in
Debian starting with Trixie. Because it now ships with priority:important, it
has been the source of well-deserved increased scrutiny, which has required a
more frequent volume of uploads than most of my packages have until now. Given
this, my usual sponsor, Boyuan Yang (byang), asked me if I could please get
around applying for Debian Maintainer status. Here we are.
