For nm.debian.org, at 2025-03-07:
I support Nicolas Peugnet <nicolas@club1.fr>'s request to become a Debian
Maintainer. I have worked with Nicolas Peugnet on lintian and lintian SSG, the
replacement for the old and dead lintian.debian.org for more than 6 months and
I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

Nicolas has been a pleasure to work with. Via the Lintian SSG project, he proved
he was willing to collaborate using established Debian workflows. Through the
creation of the lintian-ssg Debian package, Nicolas showed sufficient technical
understanding of the Debian and Debian Go ecosystems and is a valuable member
of the Lintian team.

I have personally worked with Nicolas Peugnet <nicolas@club1.fr>
(key F2729905F199200899760545A2548B41BC3D2114) for more than 6 months, and I
know Nicolas Peugnet can be trusted to have upload rights for their own
packages, right now.

I support Nicolas Peugnet <nicolas@club1.fr>'s request to become a Debian
Maintainer.

I have worked with Nicolas Peugnet on renewing lintian.debian.org to run off the
new Go program Lintian SSG for more than 6 months and I consider them as having
sufficient technical competence. In addition to the Lintian SSG project, we have
collaborated on multiple Go packages in which Nicolas has demonstrated
sufficient technical understanding of the Debian and Debian Go ecosystems,
including among others using ratt to rebuild 400+ reverse dependencies to map
out how one new Go package affects existing packages in the archive. I have also
witnessed Nicolas contributing with high-quality bug reports, Salsa issues and
Salsa Merge Request reviews.
