I support Vincent Prat <vinceprat@free.fr>'s request to become Debian
Maintainer.  I have sponsored four Debian Astro packages (astroplan,
astroquery, pydl, and pyregion) for Vincent Prat for two years,
without any problems. He is a valuable and careful contributor to our
project. I know Vincent Prat can be trusted to have upload rights for
his own packages, right now, and I will grant upload right for the
mentioned packages once he passes the DM application.
