I support Guilherme Puida Moreira <guilherme@puida.xyz>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.

I have worked with Guilherme Puida Moreira on many Golang, Python and
other packages for almost 2 years now, and I consider him as having
sufficient technical competence.

As I said last year while advocating for his DM application, I am
satisfied to see Puida's technical expertise, willingness to learn,
and resourcefulness when fixing bugs and problems.  Last year he
stepped up his mentorship skills and helped organize Debian Brasil's
semestral partnership with Univerity of Brasília to bring new
contributors to the project.  He was always available to answer
packaging questions from the students, and I don't remember a case
where we had to correct something he said.

On top of that, I have been very pleased to follow his work on the
Hare programming language and ecosystem.  He took initiative and
started working with other DDs that are not part of the Brazilian
community.  This has been nice to see, and his interactions with other
developers have always been polite and positive, to the extend of my
knowledge.

I have worked with Guilherme Puida Moreira
for more than 1 year and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

I've known puida from the Debian Brasil mentorship program, he has always been
the type of contributor that was able to learn on his own, only seeking
high-level guidance from us.

I've worked with puida on a few curl CVE fixes, uploaded as stable-pu, and I've
worked with him on the goawk package, besides a bunch of other ones. He can
investigate and fix any types of issues, and I've seen him helping others by
pointing out Debian-specific methodologies.

Puida has had the knowledge required for a DD role for a while, now he also has
a collection of artifacts and a track record of great contributions.

Debian Developer, uploading. I have worked with Guilherme Puida Moreira on
golang packages where he helped me to get many packages in Debian so I reviewed
his work and uploaded, I don't remember having to ask him to change anything. I
have also worked with him in the mentorship program of the Brazilian community
and I've seen him always answering packaging questions and doing reviews with
care and correctly. We have been doing these work together for 3 years and I
consider them as having sufficient technical competence and I'm pretty sure it
will be a great addition to Debian.
