I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.  I
have worked on xalan since 2013, and xerces-c, passwordsafe, and soci since
2015.

While my mentors/sponsors have all been great, I would like to be able to
upload the packages I'm responsible for without taking time from their already
busy schedules.  I would also like to find additional ways to contribute, and
feel that this will be easier as a DM.  Eventually, I do hope to become a full
DD.
