I support Fab Stz <fabstz-it@yahoo.fr>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Fab Stz in the Debian Rust team towards packaging czkawka.
They quickly adopted themselve to the teams' packaging process and have steadily
been working towards their goal.
If minor packaging errors occured they were quick to correct them in subsequent revisons.
I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

I have personally worked with Fab Stz <fabstz-it@yahoo.fr>

can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.

I have worked with Fab Stz in the pkg-php-pear team towards packaging kalkun and
its dependencies for 1 year and 9 months, and I consider them as having sufficient
technical competence.

I have found Fab Stz's packaging efforts to be high quality, and that Fab is continuously
improving their packages over time. Fab also responds well to feedback, working to correct
any issues that have been pointed out.

I have personally worked with Fab Stz <fabstz-it@yahoo.fr>
