I support Lorenzo Puliti <plorenzo@disroot.org>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Lorenzo Puliti on dh-runit, dh-sysuser, mplayer, runit, runit-services, socklog, and the NEW python-bumpfontversion
for 3 years and I consider him as having sufficient technical competence.
I have found Lorenzo's work to be of high quality and seldomly I had remarks to be addressed. Most of his packages were adopted from other maintainers, so I have asked him to package python-bumpfontversion to see him deal with a new package, which was handled fine.
I have personally worked with Lorenzo Puliti <plorenzo@disroot.org>

can be trusted to have upload rights for his own packages, right now.
