I am applying to change my status to Debian Developer - uploading. I am very much part of the Debian community, and have been asked to go this step many times. Now it would be convenient to be able to upload my packages without bothering my Debian friends. I have gained enough experience packaging both inside and outside of Debian to feel confident. I would also like to be able to participate in debian-private and use the Debian infrastructure more easily e.g. for sending and receiving emails.
