For nm.debian.org, at 2025-04-18:
I support Glenn Strauss <gs-debian.org@gluelogic.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have collaborated with Glenn Strauss on lighttpd for three years. Glenn is
maintaining lighttpd upstream for far longer and as I interacted with him, he
took care of more and more aspects of the Debian packaging side in addition to
his upstream work. There was a learning curve about Debian policies and
procedures and when I stepped down from the maintainer role for lighttpd in
2022, it was rare for me to request changes about Glenn's work. He is still
maintaining lighttpd looking for sponsors for each upload. His significant
history of consistent contributions convince me that he should be granted
unsupervised upload rights for this package.

I support Glenn Strauss <gs-debian.org@gluelogic.com>'s request to become a
Debian Maintainer.
I have sponsored Glenn's work on lighttpd, and have not had meaningful feedback
for his uploads -- I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.
He's got a great grasp on the intent and underlying design of the operating
system, and is able to quickly get to the reason behind rules, not just
the rules themselves.
I have personally worked with Glenn Strauss <gs-debian.org@gluelogic.com>
(key 8EC03CE578AACDD40356AEE2CCF903D86BBEED0C), and I know Glenn Strauss
can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
