Hi
Please make Andrea Bolognani (currently a Debian Maintainer) a Debian
Developer, uploading (advocated by agx, paelzer).
Key 99E91684515735AC059870696863EF9F8CFE190D should be moved from the
'Debian Maintainer' to the 'Debian Developer, uploading' keyring.

Details from abologna:
For nm.debian.org, on 2025-06-26:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian
Developer, uploading.
I started contributing to Debian all the way back in 2006. Over the
years I've added a small number of packages to my purview, all of
which I believe I have consistently taken good care of.
In 2018 I obtained DM status; since 2019 I have been contributing to
the Debian libvirt package, and from 2020 on I've been preparing the
vast majority of the uploads, completing several major cleanups and
improvements in the process. The fact that I'm also one of the
upstream maintainers for libvirt has enabled a virtuous cycle that
benefits both the Debian and libvirt projects alike.
As we approach the milestone of 20 years (!) since my first upload to
Debian, my involvement has only grown and it's clear that I'm not
going anywhere :) so it feels right, and honestly overdue, to finally
apply for full DD status.
