For nm.debian.org, at 2017-01-03:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, non-uploading.
I have been a Debian Developer before (quite a while), taking care for one Package (http-analyze) but mainly by maintaining and administering the mailinglists of Debian. I retired due to the fact that I had not enough spare time for the role and therefore wasn't able to support Debian in a good and responsible way.
Now I have some time again and want to help Debian becoming better. I already have experience with the mailinglist system, since it hasn't changed much since I retired, so I can help the current admins right away.
I do not need upload privileges, since the mailinglists have nothing to do with the package archive. I want to learn to package with the new rules, but I will use debian-mentors to train myself with packaging.
