I support Lena Voytek <lena@voytek.dev>'s request to become a Debian Developer,
uploading. I have worked with Lena Voytek on bind9, net-tools and valkey for
one year, as part of the Ubuntu Server team (working on integrating and
upstreaming changes from and to Debian) and I consider her as having sufficient
technical competence.

Lena has been a DM for over 2 years, with upload permissions for mysql-8.0,
prometheus-*-exporter and others. She's active in the Go Packaging Team and
joined the Network Team after contributing to net-tools for a while and
maintaining bind9 and multiple VPN packages in Ubuntu, which I have reviewed
in the past.
