I support Marc Leeman <marc.leeman@gmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Marc Leeman in Barco, 2016-2019, and during that time we both worked on setting up a quite sophisticated Debian-based packaging and autobuilder infrastrure. Marc was responsible for maintaining such infrastructure for many years after my time in the company. Marc was one of the few people that insisted on doing the Debian packages the proper way, following Debian Policy and checking the licenses of each package, split dependencies into Debian packages and providing a proper installer.

But he is not just a user of Debian, he is a regular contributor and Maintainer, particularly active in the GStreamer community and already uploading such packages regularly in Debian.

Marc is a developer that understands the Debian philosophy of doing things and I would definitely consider him an worthy asset for Debian.

I have personally worked with Marc Leeman <marc.leeman@gmail.com>
(key 827CFD74BA468152A041F3A07A6A4F175995A65B) for 4 years, and I know Marc Leeman can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
