I support Sérgio de Almeida Cipriano Júnior <cipriano@debian.org>'s request to
become a Debian Developer, uploading.

I have worked with Sérgio de Almeida Cipriano Júnior on packaging and community
building for 6 years and I consider them as having sufficient technical
competence.

Sérgio was the second person from my former university that I managed to
convince to actually contribute to the Debian project. He has always been
interested on learning and spreading the free software values among the
students. He is definitely one of the key people that led us to the current
state of our local group, which IMO is a success.

Technically, Sérgio has demonstrated that he is a clever engineer, always
trying to understand what is happening under the hood. All my reviews from his
work were easy, I have not spotted any major problem. The important part for me
is that I know that he will always ask whenever he is in doubt.

I have personally worked with Sérgio de Almeida Cipriano Júnior
<cipriano@debian.org> (key 4573E9D2AD27DB896BBF2F9EF15DCE5316051F27) for 6
years, and I know Sérgio de Almeida Cipriano Júnior can be trusted to be a full
