Hi.

I support Harald Dunkel <harri@afaics.de>'s request to become a Debian
Maintainer.

I have worked with him for many years now as his sponsor for
network-manager-strongswan. It has been a very long time (years,
again) since I found anything to comment about in his uploads.
So, my relationship with Harald is very well established, albeit
rather narrow in focus.

IMO it would be very sensible to grant Harald the authority to
maintain this package himself without needing my rubber stamp.

Harald has been pleasant to work with and I have no reservations about
recommending him for formal Debian Maintainer status.

Ian.
