Details from harri:

  For nm.debian.org, at 2025-08-06:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I had worked on blockade several years ago (before it got removed due
to unclear license conditions). In the last few years I worked on mg,
network-manager-strongswan and qmmp (all on Salsa). I would like to be
able to upload packages to unstable on my own, and maybe to become a DD
  in the future.
