Dear readers of debian-newmaint (nm.debian.org),

I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.

I am currently working on upgrading Gradle and Kotlin in Debian, which will
require introducing several new packages and upgrading some dependencies, and
became a DM in January 2025.

Getting full DD upload rights will make things a bit faster for me as I won't
have to wait for sponsorship or request and get upload rights on many
individual packages.

I'm planning to keep maintaining packages mostly (but not only) as a member of
the Java Team, and also to get involved in improving some critical pieces of
infrastructure including the bug tracker system.
