I have worked with YUCHIN TSAI on partclone, and related software like drbl and clonezilla
for more than height years and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

YUCHIN TSAI has always well understood how to adapt partclone's source to debian
requirements, working with them is always rewarding.

I have personally worked with YUCHIN TSAI <tlinux.tsai@gmail.com>
