I support Peter Blackman <peter@pblackman.plus.com>'s request to become a Debian Developer (with upload rights).
I have worked with Peter Blackman on winff, ifstat, grimripper, duma, ddrescueview and kdsingleapplication
for 3.5 years and I consider him as having sufficient technical competence.

When I was doing more sponsorwork in the past, Peter showed up regularly on the mailing list to support him with
his packages that are of high quality. He has been very responsive and the rare issues that I raised were quickly
fixed. I think he is a valuable Pascal Packaging Team member even though I am not part of that team.

I have personally worked with Peter Blackman <peter@pblackman.plus.com>

software for 4 years and I consider him as having sufficient technical competence.

I was sponsoring many of his uploads in the past. Peter was regularly working on
his packages to ensure they are of high quality. He was very responsive and the
