I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have been a Debian Maintainer for three years now, and after collecting DD
signatures on my key and getting dozens of packages uploaded, I feel I am fully
ready to continue my journey to become a proper DD, so I can upload them myself.
