I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked on packaging storm-lang in Debian (which includes the visualization
tool Progvis) and the required build system mymake since late 2021, and I would
like to be able to upload new binary packages as storm-lang expands (e.g.
the documentation sub-package that was added recently), as well as uploading and
maintaining new dependencies as needed (e.g. Skia, ITP #1117470).
