trusted with upload rights to the packages they maintain.
Please be verbose if you can. You may want to write the advocacy in a

        For nm.debian.org, at 2025-11-01:
I support Nadzeya Hutsko <nadzya.info@gmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Nadzeya Hutsko on rbw, binocle, doxx and framework-system (some of
which we are still introducing) plus a dozen and more Rust dependencies for almost four
months and I consider her as having sufficient technical competence.
Nadzeya is quick to learn, consistent and motivated. She cares about providing high-
quality packages, works hard and to achieve that and succeeds to do so. She works well
with others, cares about process and engages in fruitful discussion on how to improve
packaging. She interfaces gracefully with upstream and is able to attend after her own
bugs. When she feels she needs it, she asks for help. I believe she has all the qualities
we should look for in a Debian Maintainer.
I have personally worked with Nadzeya Hutsko <nadzya.info@gmail.com>
(key 5975E885385EAC626E67EF9E1AF4A75FE769BC68) for almost four months, and I know Nadzeya
Hutsko can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.

        For nm.debian.org, at 2025-11-03:
I support Nadzeya Hutsko <nadzya.info@gmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Nadzeya Hutsko in the Debian Rust team for the last three and a half months,
and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.
During above timeperiod I sponsored their packaging work. They worked on a rust transition
for base32 and codespan-reporting,
where they showed great care and technical skill to not break any reverse dependency.
Furthermore, I sponsored their uploads of further rust crates to NEW.
Those were always pleasant to review as there was seldom anything to improve.
They were always very pleasant to interact with, which I believe is an important skill in the project.
