I support Lev Lamberov <dogsleg@riseup.net>'s request to become Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Lev Lamberov since we met at DebConf 16 in Heidelberg on a couple of packages he maintains and I feel it's the time for him to become a full member of the project, and to have unsupervised upload rights.
