For nm.debian.org, at 2025-11-25:

I support Richard Nelson <unixabg@gmail.com>'s request to become a
Debian Maintainer.

I have worked with Richard on his packages and sponsored them since 2010.
Richard has the sufficient technical competence to upload his packages on his
own.

He's a nice person and always pleasent to work with. I'm sure he is a good
addition to the project, for now as a Debian Maintainer and if he'd pursue
that road, also as a Debian Developer with full upload rights at some later
point.

I have personally worked with Richard Nelson <unixabg@gmail.com>
(key A225F0AE5CB51568B0E6ABBF00F3339941623AB6) for the last 5 years,
and I know Richard Nelson can be trusted to have upload rights for their own
packages, right now.
