I support Dandan Zhang <zhangdandan@loongson.cn>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.

I have worked with Dandan Zhang applying patches for loong64
and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.
I hope to be able to advocate them for Debian Developer soon!

I have personally worked with Dandan Zhang <zhangdandan@loongson.cn>
(key E6C74CBC83EC5A65C2F7238A49C2D12C7ED334FA) since 2024, and I know Dandan Zhang
can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
