Application Manager report
For

After looking at Xiyue Deng <manphiz@gmail.com>'s contributions and after exchanging some emails to
get to know them a bit better, I agree with the advocate(s) that Xiyue Deng <manphiz@gmail.com> can
and should indeed be a Debian Developer, uploading right now.
Xiyue was able to show me a well packaged NEW library, and answered almost always completely right
to all of my questions, with often a lot of accuracy and attention to details.
