For nm.debian.org, at 2026-03-29:
I support Léo Haf <leo@haf.ovh>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Léo Haf on bitcoin-knots and datum-gateway
for ten months and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

Léo has superb technical skills. He has solved numerous, difficult packaging
problems. He is also professional in all of his communications and responsive
when issues are raised.

I have personally worked with Léo Haf <leo@haf.ovh>
(key DAED928C727D3E613EC46635F5073C4F4882FFFC) for ten months, and I know Léo
Haf can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
