I went through the NM process of Nadzeya Hutsko <nadzya.info@gmail.com>. We
explored our Philosophy and Procedures and then exchanged about practical
packaging issues.

Her answers were very precise, self-contained, with lots of examples and
references to the Policy. I trust Nadzeya knows where to find information when
it is needed.

Also the interactions of Nadzeya with other project members, upstream projects,
and myself, are very smooth.

For all there reasons, I would be really happy that the Debian project welcomes
Nadzeya as a full member.

I agree with the advocates that Nadzeya Hutsko <nadzya.info@gmail.com> can and
should indeed be a Debian Developer, uploading right now.
