I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.

I have been active in the Python, Rust, and Hyprland teams in Debian for a while
now. I maintain and co-maintain a range of packages across these areas,
including the Hyprland compositor and its surrounding stack, several Neovim
plugin packages, Rust crates, and various Python modules.

I would like to be able to upload my packages directly, including to NEW, and
to handle tasks such as library transitions (SONAME bumps) myself so I can get
used to the full workflow. Also I intend to sponsor and mentor others who are
working to get their packages into Debian.
