I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian
Developer, uploading.
I have worked on waffle, piglit and rust for a while and I would like
to be able to continue working on packaging.
Recently I wanted to help take over the packaging for 'alot'. The
package owner agreed, but he is a DM, and therefore cannot add me to
the dm.txt file. I'm asking another DD to update dm.txt, but it would
be easier if I were a DD.
Similarly, I started to help Anibal Monsalve Salazar with nasm last
year. Recently I wanted to upload a new version of nasm, but found
that I couldn't since I was not flagged for uploading in dm.txt.
