I have been working with Sebastian Humenda for a long time (the first mail I can see in my archive dates 2010), and I have seen him consistently strive for technical correctness and prioritizing users. He has been maintaining a few Debian packages (accessodf, ansifilter, brailleutils, texhyphj, edbrowse, quickjs, orca-sops) under the accessibility umbrella (and also freedict) for many years, and thus got experience in Debian packaging.
