Sebastien Jodogne is upstream of some medical imaging packages that
belong to Debian Med. He was doing the packaging for these packages on a
highly competent level from the beginning. Besides this he kindly helped
out in some other packages. I asked himself to become a DM and thus for
sure I'll advocate his application.

I support Sébastien Jodogne <s.jodogne@gmail.com>'s request to become Debian
Maintainer.

I have worked with Sébastien Jodogne on orthanc and derivatives packages since
Oct 2012 and I would like him to continue his packaging work within Debian.
He has been very prompt in clarifying some minor licensing issues with another
codebase distributed within Debian, namely GDCM. So I know for fact that
Sébastien has a good understanding of Debian culture.

I have personally worked with Sébastien Jodogne <s.jodogne@gmail.com> (key
93BE9F197ED5D0C30E593D8BA776582B312AC35D) for approx 4 years, and I know
Sébastien Jodogne can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages,
right now.
